Located in the Village of Elk Rapids, the Noble Pines Apartment community offers 20 one-bedroom units. Occupancy is limited to those persons who are considered low income and are 62 years of age or older. Our residents pay approximately one-third of their adjusted gross income for rent and utilities. Our WAIT LIST is currently OPEN but it can take up to three years to receive an apartment. We encourage you to complete an application if you have an interest in this property.
